Will this help me loose weight? 10 points for the Helpful answer!?

Great job at getting healthy! I suggest you incorporate a snack of fruit or vegetables between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner ( this will keep up your metabolism and improve your diet) and drink a gl or bottle of water with each time you eat(this will keep you hydrated and full). Running also helps a lot, but improvement in time and speed will be slow, you just have to stay with it. Good Luck!
