I fancy this guy and he only LIKES me? 10 POINTs!?

Helloo, well i fancy this guy since a year now and we are like really good friends, he will stick up for me but we dont like hang out all the time i have hanged out with him before, he sits next to me sometimes in some of my lessons and i just love him, how can i get closer to him i do talk to him and chat him up :) Please help with good answer, i give 10points
