French Help! How to describe someone as being blonde?

I have a writing exam coming up tommorow and in it I'm describing a girl who is the blonde and ditzy type of person. Currently I have "elle a les cheaveux blondes" but that means "she has blonde hair" and what I want to say she is blonde (personality wise). Can anyone help me?? Thankyou!!
