Where can I find a carrier like this for my dog?

I am going on a trip to California soon and I need to take my little 10 pound chihuahua with me, but I can't seem to find a good carrier that he will fit in. He needs one that is AT LEAST 13 inches high, 17 inches long and 9 inches wide.
