Igot an RE4 code from the USN for a preexisting eye condition that is treatablewith gles, waiverable or no?

The LT that gave me the exam said a waiver could be attained but would take between 10-12 weeks, and I would've been placed in ASMO for the time period. I went to the doctor of my 2-2 DOT, and I was informed that the actual status of my seperation would take 4-6 weeks, so I was looking at at almost 3 months to waive it. So I didn't go for the waiver, instead I allowed them to seperate me. Can I reenlist?
