How to make people stop commenting on my food/dress while pregnant?

It's driving me crazy that people at work stop by the breakroom every day (7 different people yesterday) to see what I am eating for lunch. I just want to say "none of your business!". I keep getting comments about not wearing a jacket, wearing short sleeves, etc and it's also driving me crazy. I realize that this is a common problem during pregnancy. What is a polite way to tell people basically that what I do is none of their business and I don't want to hear their unsolicited pregnancy stories? I don't want to be rude becuase I have worked with these people for almost 10 years...but it's driving me nuts!
