Do you think that Lyme disease is all that I've got?

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease two days ago... I've been having severe head aches that I went for an MRI for and nothing was found. Can Lyme disease really cause such startling head aches? I mean... my loss of memory and my recollection skills are like 3rd grade at this point, and it feels like my head has just been totally fried away.... for all the doctors know I could have had this continuing disease for years... my head aches started two years ago. But the MRI said I was alright up there... is Lyme really that disastrous? I mean, I hope it is, cause Lyme seems to be pretty treatable under all the sources I've searched.
