Bleach: Fade to Black: what about Momo, Urahara, Yoruichi, and Hanatarō?

I saw a few previews for the third movie and I have some questions. I saw Urahara in a captain's robe. Is that a flashback or is he still a captain? What about Yoruichi? Did they still get exiled? Does Hanataro or anyone else remember Rukia or is it just Ichigo and Kon? Is Momo still unconscious or did Aizen, Gin, and Tosen not betray Soul Society once the movie created an AU? Thanks.
