Is it my fault that I don't believe in God?

Do Christians deserve blame for not believing in Allah or Vishnu? It's not as if God hasn't had plenty of opportunities to make Himself known to me. I've sat through over a thousand mes, been through twelve years of Catholic schooling, said many a sincere prayer, and had numerous conversations with good people who have informed me at length about their Jesus. I've seen nothing that would validate any religious claims. Should I ignore my own experiences and believe in God anyway? Would that not be dishonest?
