Would you buy this bmw?

I'm looking at a 2001 bmw 325xi that has 122,000 miles on it the dealership is asking $8,900 for it! I know these cars will run forever until about 250,00 miles and I've noticed that price was a little high if your referring to kbb but if you look at nada.com it is actually under the excellent price. What are all your opinions on buying this vehicle??
