Where can I get a fleece throw customized?

I want a fleece throw with my last name put on it from end to end or as big as will fit... problem is i can only find places that will monogram on the corners. is there anywhere that can do this big of a project? it doesn't have to be monogramed it can be an applique a patch a screen print as long as its on there.. can someone please help me!!
