My three-months old just won' sleep?

My baby girl just turned 3 months old. She has never slept very well during the day, she takes mirco-naps as we call them. We put her to bed at 7 and bring her around between 10-11pm for a feeding. She normally slept until 3, 4 or 5am for her next feeding. Awake again at around 7am. The last few days, she doesn't sleep or sleeps and seems to be in pain. She writhes and squirms and makes loud noises. She's still in her basinet next to our bed, wrapped in the miracle blanket (since birth we have her sleep in that one) I check on her constantly and sometimes she's awake, mostly asleep and I put her binky back and she goes back to sleep. Until the next 20 minutes. I have gotten no sleep, she's still on the same feeding schedule but after her 11pm feeding, she'll 'wake' those 20 minutes or so throughout the night until 7am. Could she be teething (drooling, hands to mouth) and be in discomfort? She's on Myolax and Gripe water for gas, I rule out stomach pain. Why is she crying out like that?
