My daughter is 2 and she still wants a bottle at nap time and bed time? i want to stop this,please help me?

She is 2 1/2, she drinks from reg cups and nubby sippy cups any type even a plastic goblet at dinner time with the family. she has a 7yr old bro. She is very smart but really loves her ba-ba when she lays down-oy!Vey-! I just need some advice-ive tried b4 to give her the nubby sippy when she lays down-but the wailing is unforgiving,she is very strong willed-i know i just should do it and let her cry but im having a hard time-
