Does this sound like cheat or something?

I have a internet friends for 3 weeks now, she was fine and nice and then some of their friends pm me on the room and say me to leaver alone and she engaged in real life and this girl say she don't have any boy friends in real life now... then until recently she says she has leukemia for 5 years and now she keep ignoring me and also say her mom want to see my photo... please tell me what to do now because i feel some kinda cheating =\
